If you’ve forgotten your password, your account can be recovered using a standard reset function on the Appraisal Grid app home screen.
- Open the Appraisal Grid app
- Click the “Log In” circle.
- Tap “Get Help Signing In” below the password field.
- Enter your email address in the “Username” field.
- Click the right arrow at the bottom of the screen.
- An email will be sent with a 6 digit reset token. The screen will also change and allow you to enter the reset token and a new password. Once you receive the token, Enter the token into the second field, right below the email field.
- Enter a new password in the Password field.
